Kimchi

Kimchi is a red, fermented cabbage dish made with a mix of salt, vinegar, garlic, chilli and other spices. These are fermented in a tightly closed jar and are served with rice, noodles or soups. Kimchi is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and manganese. Due to its fermentation process, kimchi is also rich in beneficial gut-boosting lactobacilli bacteria. 

Cabbage is full of a chemical called indole-3-carbinol (I3C) which reduces your blood estrogen hormones (great if you are a guy and also great if you are a women and want to reduce the risk of breast cancer).
