Beef Jerky

Beef jerky has a high quality amino-acid balance. The fats are mainly the healthy saturated kind, which is the kind of fat linked to biggest increases in testosterone production. Beef is incredibly rich in vitamin B12, iron, selenium, phosphorous and riboflavin and creatine all helping to boost hormones.

Beef jerky is high in protein and it's ideal between-meals snack. 100g of beef jerky contains around 2g of salt which is great for you. Make sure you get quality jerky, from grass fed pastured animals.
